Be the first point of contact for clients
Handle high volumes of calls emails and in-person interactions
Screen and route inquiries with discretion and accuracy
Support scheduling intake and administrative operations
Maintain a polished professional presence at all times
What Were Looking For
Fluent English and Spanish with very clear near-flawless professional pronunciation
Strong communication skills and client-facing confidence
Experience in reception or administrative support roles
Highly organized reliable and process-driven
Tech-savvy and comfortable with office and virtual tools
Able to perform under pressure without compromising quality
