Key job responsibilities
* Define test strategies and implementation analyze new product testability and deliver test solutions to support the new product introduction process at RBKSs manufacturing partner
* Develop qualify and execute RF system testing optical calibration power testing ensure production control processes and data analysis/interpretation
* Automation of test environment
* Compile and analyze production test data using automated data analysis techniques
* Introduce test processes monitor functional test yield and take corrective actions to drive continuous smooth production
* Regression test of mfg test release candidates
* Provide DFx feedback to RBKS Hardware and Software/Firmware development teams

A day in the life
You will work with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive and design innovative ways to produce consumer products in volume. You will work closely with internal team members and outside partners to drive key aspects of test flow definition design execution and test. DOEs to root-cause test station-related failures isolating DUT setup implementation or other. Communicate project status updates to various project stakeholders including team members and executives within RBKS.

About the team
Join the Manufacturing Technology Engineering (MTE) organization where we deliver comprehensive manufacturing test solutions for RBKS products
through strategic innovation and operational excellence. Our dual-team structure combines US-based strategic oversight with Asia-based project
execution ensuring consistent quality standards across global manufacturing operations.

The MTE team defines test coverage strategies develops manufacturing software packages (Fishnet SDK and Diagnostic Firmware) and coordinates
with Ring Operations MTM team and Contract Manufacturers to deploy scalable test solutions. Working under a Single Threaded Owner (STO)
framework we maintain clear accountability across all manufacturing functions while leveraging AI technology to optimize Test Coverage
Documents and drive continuous improvement in yield performance and manufacturing efficiency across all RBKS product lines.

- BS degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
- 8 years of related industry experience
- Provide MFG test designs and test flows for each design stages (EVT/DVT/PVT/MP).
- Experience of production line activities such as New Product Introduction work with CM in pre-mass/mass production process.
- Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.
- Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Enthusiasm for engineering and technology.
- A team player with a positive attitude.

- Proven ability to use manufacturing and field data to drive design and manufacturing process enhancement.
- Excellent analytical skills ability to define requirements and capability to deliver test solutions.
- Technical understanding of multiple wireless protocols and debugging methods.
- Experience of camera products and IoT system test.
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) specifics prior AWS coding experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience of C and Python/C. LabView is a plus.
- Good understanding of embedded systems.
- Good understanding of Linux OS.
- Experience of MFG test function validation.
