JOB DETAILS
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a range of administrative services for the Knowledge administrative and executive support post holder works to a high standard providing a range of administrative services to support the efficient and effective operation of the business. The exact mix of tasks required for any one individual will vary depending on their assigned areas business needs. Typically tasks will include those related to member communications; scheduling; database/data management; purchase orders and record keeping.
This position is available on a specified purpose contract. The closing date for applications is the 28th of January 2026.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Manage calls to the Knowledge Centre through the dedicated phone line and e-mails through the e mail address seeking to understanding the issue so that the query can be correctly assigned and then entering these queries through the Clio system or redirecting the calls.
- Direct delivery of administration services to the KC team including but not limited to:
- 3rd party case administration including logging cases received escalating queries managing correspondence between Executives and WRC/LC.
- 1st level support for general queries from members and forward calls as appropriate.
- Respond to requests for documentation and web based information.
- Process internal information requests.
- Issue communications/segments to members as required.
- Design and delivery of KC documentation toolkits and reports.
- Team diary management & travel arrangements.
- Co-ordinate meeting arrangements - minutes and agendas
- Raise Pos for KC purchases
- Administration of cases for members assigned to the Knowledge Centre through the Clio system and managing inward and outward correspondence to third parties.
- Managing the administration of the webinars and podcasts originating from the Knowledge Centre ensuring that these are restricted to members and that these members have access.
- Provide administrative support for events in person and virtual that are organised through the Knowledge Centre and wider ER Division.
Provide support for wider Administration team for the ER Division including cover for absence and leave for Administrative colleagues support with printing copying posting and Clio support.

Qualifications & Experience
- 3rd level or equivalent post Leaving Cert qualifications.
- Customer service experience.
Work Experience
- Previous experience in a busy environment where initiative flexibility customer service and organisation skills were demonstrated

- Can demonstrate planning and organisational skillsand capacity to deliver to deadlines
- Strong time management and diary management skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong communication written and verbal skills.
- Strong IT skills and capacity to see new opportunities to use technology
- Capacity to work with IT systems including databases Navision CLIO Clickdimensions Word PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge of basic research methods
- Attention to detail
- Dynamics 365 Sitecore an advantage
