主要职责
1经销商管理
Ø 深入洞察大区疫苗市场动态竞争对手情况及客户等信息制定大区业务规划和目标带领团队协同合作伙伴智飞完成大区目标实现业务的可持续增长
Ø 与智飞区域管理团队紧密合作共同制定管理机制包括定期沟通机制辖区管理机制业务跟进机制等确保关键目标达成一致和执行落地
Ø 通过定期参与智飞月会/季度会随访评估经销商一线销售人员的基本能力协助智飞区域总经理制定智飞团队专业能力提升和赋能计划以支持辖区计划的落地执行
2客户管理和生态搭建
Ø 管理大区内有影响力的疾控领域专家发展区域KOL及讲者建立长期合作关系
Ø 助力疫苗生态体系的建立和完善协同智飞在大区内优化渠道管理确保供货通畅完善和推广标准化的疫苗接种服务流程推动建立线上线下预约和科普体系
Ø 协同跨部门推进在大区内PIP/CIP等重大项目落地推动校园及企业大客户接种私立医院等创新渠道建设
3人员管理
Ø 以团队绩效为目标提供对团队成员的辅导与反馈帮助团队成员提升绩效带领团队完成目标
Ø 通过高质量的人才甄选和盘点建立人才库并针对不同人才制定相应的发展计划
Ø 结合团队要求和员工特点制定和给予有效的团队激励营造积极的团队氛围打造良性的团队文化
4合规管理
- 确保工作过程严格遵守公司的各项SOP和财务制度
- 确保团队和区域内合作伙伴的行为符合合规要求
任职要求
1. 医药或营销相关专业本科学历以上5年以上医药行业团队管理经验理解疾控体系运作逻辑疫苗行业经验优先
2. 优秀的影响力能够有效影响内外部关键决策者和客户建立长期合作关系
3. 具有良好的业务分析能力擅长业务诊断策略制定和推动
4. 良好的团队管理能力能够有效搭建管理和激励团队
5. 主动担当具有良好的学习能力和催化变革的能力
