What youll be doing

As Group Product Manager Savings Campaign Execution reporting to the Senior Director Savings Products youll be accountable for the design and execution of offers that will deliver our growth and transformation this role you will help lead Acquisition and Balance Build Offers for Savings Products including everything from the design creation and execution of offers that YOU have inspired! Finding the right mix of creative problem solving analytics and promotional levers to grow is up to you! Challenging the status quo is a necessity not a nice-to-do as finding and delivering key points of differentiation in the market is what will set CIBC apart.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Youll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where youll spend 1-3 days per week on-site while other days will be remote.

How youll succeed

  • Product management - Knowledge and experience in product management offer development/marketing and process management to lead the ideation development execution and fulfillment of market-leading offers.

  • Strategic initiatives - Lead strategic initiatives designed to deepen relationships across narrow-relationship clients with an enterprise mindset. Lead go-to-market activities and drive effective implementations and achievement of business case targets. Monitor the market and competitive environment to develop strategies and recommendations to protect grow and evolve our Savings portfolio.

  • Campaign management - Support the development of new offers lead campaigns and execute strategic initiatives to drive portfolio growth increase funded accounts and improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our offers.

  • Relationship building - Working horizontally with our key partners by fostering a collaborative inclusive environment where all ideas are not only encouraged but a necessity.
