Available Quick/Express Lane Positions:
- Quick Lane Technician
- Lube Technician
Compensation: The Quick/Express Lane Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $18.00 and $25.00.00. The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit. Additionally this position may also pay a retention bonus of $0.75 per every booked hour.

Quick Lane Technician Responsibilities:
- Quick Lane Automotive Technicians perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and/or Ford standards
- Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including flushes oil changes tire rotations etc.
- Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
- Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology
- Inspect and test new vehicles and recording findings so that necessary repairs can be made
- Day and Night Shift available
Quick Lane Technician Qualifications:
- Ford Certified
- Must have previous lube tech experience
- Previous experience at an automotive dealership
- Reynolds/Reynolds a plus!
- Strong understanding of the service drive
- Years of experience vary per position
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dexterity requiring a steady hand excellent hand-eye coordination
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer competencies
- Positive friendly attitude along with a customer service mentality
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with ability to collaborate with others effectively
- Ability to learn new technology repair and service procedures and specifications
- Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles
- Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Valid drivers license and insurability by employers carrier
