The Digital Modernization Sector within Leidos has an opening for a Program Analyst for the GIG Service Management Operations II (GSM-O II) contract at Scotts AFB IL.
The GSM-O contract scope includes Operations Sustainment Maintenance Repair and Defense of the Defense Information System Network (DISN) within the which provides support to the DoD Cyber Defense Command (DCDC) formerly JFHQ-DODIN in support of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).
The Program Analyst serves as a key operational partner providing structure governance and process rigor across a multi-stakeholder environment. This role owns the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) process documentation readiness checklists governance templates and performance frameworks that strengthen program execution and elevate organizational maturity.
The Program Analyst acts as the backbone of standardization ensuring repeatability compliance and clarity across TN21 Integration Services.
