Job Description:

TheGarage Porterprovides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.

Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and safety of the parking garage
Sweep blow leaves and remove debris from garage floors and surrounding areas
Gather and empty trash from designated receptacles
Operate cleaning equipment including pressure washers and air blowers
Clean stairwells elevators and other common areas within the garage
Follow procedures for safe use of cleaning chemicals and power equipment
Notify Manager of any maintenance needs or safety hazards
Establish and maintain effective communication with clients co-workers and supervisors
Comply with all safety security compliance and quality standards set by the Company Clients and regulatory authorities
Perform seasonal tasks such as snow removal change lights bulbs or other incidental duties as required
Must be able to lift 50lbs
