Job Summary

The ServicePortersupports the service department by moving staging and maintaining vehicles throughout the service process. This role helps ensure an efficient service workflow a clean and organized service area and a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Move customer vehicles to and from service drive service bays and parking areas
- Stage vehicles according to service advisor and technician instructions
- Greet customers and Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive service bays and customer waiting areas
- Perform basic vehicle preparation including light cleaning vacuuming and washing as needed
- Check vehicles for fuel level warning lights and general condition
- Assist with jump-starts tire inflation and minor non-mechanical tasks
- Transport vehicles for sublet repairs inspections or off-site services
- Ensure keys tags and paperwork are properly handled and secured
- Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred)
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Basic automotive knowledge is a plus but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Work Schedule
- Full-time or part-time
- MondayFriday schedule
