Were on the hunt for aDirector of Market Optimization a dynamic fearless and market-savvy sales disruptor ready toinfuse new business shift share and create wavesacross our hotels.


This isnt a desk job. Its a boots-on-the-ground strategy-meets-creativity role where youll travel across our portfolio dive into markets and light the spark that drives revenue and momentum.

What Youll Do

  • Shift the narrative:Think differently act boldly and redefine how we approach sales in each market.
  • Travel with purpose:Visit hotels across our portfolio to uncover untapped opportunities and fuel new business wins.
  • Create market disruption:Deploy creative sales campaigns blitzes activations and storytelling that set our hotels apart.
  • Collaborate and elevate:Partner with GMs DOS and Revenue teams to align strategy and drive measurable results.
  • Coach and inspire:Lead by example energize property teams sharpen their edge and help them break old habits that dont move the needle.
  • Deliver impact:Track results celebrate wins and continuously find the next great opportunity to grow share.


What Were Looking For

  • 8 years of hospitality sales experience with a proven record of driving growth not just maintaining pace.
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for finding new ways to win business.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics comp sets STR data and the creative strategies behind market growth.
  • Excellent communicator relationship-builder and motivator who thrives in fast-moving dynamic environments.
  • Ready to travel a lot. (This role requires extensive travel to support markets across the portfolio.)
  • A disruptor at heart: you challenge the way its always been done and arent afraid to try something bold.
