- Experienced with at least 3-5 years in a automotive sales manager role required.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to coach and develop others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Work closely with desk mangers F&I and leadership to maximize performance.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
- Maintain strong standards for professionalism compliance and customer experience.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Recruit train and supervise the sales team.
- Set sales goals and provide guidance and support to team members to achieve them.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management.

- Stay up to date with products and services offered by the dealership.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
