JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The Department of Mechanical Engineering is seeking a part time staff scientist under the supervision of Dr. Adri van Duin.
Job Duties:
Perform Density Functional Theory calculations on mixed metal clusters and their interactions with Nitrogen/Sulfur/Oxygen (N/S/O)
Convert these data into ReaxFFtraining sets and assist in the training process
Qualifications and Requirements:
PhD in Materials Science or Chemisty
Good understanding of computational chemical methods
Good oral and written communication skills
