- Conduct inspections punch lists and final walkthroughs
- Identify unforeseen conditions and coordinate with the Estimator
- Maintain clean safe and organized jobsites
- Experience managing residential construction projects
- Restoration or insurance reconstruction experience preferred
- Familiarity with Xactimate helpful but not required
- Strong scheduling and subcontractor management skills
- Excellent communication and organization
- Focus on project management not estimating
- Structured support team
