Job Summary
BAYADA Home Health is currently recruiting for compassionate Physical Therapists (PT) to reliably serve adult patients inNew Jersey.
We have positions available in the following counties:
- Atlantic County - Full Time - $10000 Sign on Bonus!
- Cape May County - Weekend Per Diem
- Cumberland County - Full Time
- Essex County - Full Time - $10000 Sign on Bonus for Admissions!
- Hudson County - Full Time - $10000 Sign on Bonus!
- Monmouth/Middlesex/Somerset/Union - Full Time - $20000 Sign on Bonus!
- Ocean County - Full Time - $20000 Sign on Bonus!
- Salem - Per Diem or Full Time

What youll do:
Visit a variety of clients in their own home helping them recover from an injury illness surgery or hospitalization.
What you should have:
- Active and current PT license
- Previous home health care experience welcomed but not required.We will train you!
- Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned
Responsibilities:
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements such as the mobility/range of joints transfer status stability patterns and appearance of ambulation strength and endurance of muscles balance testing and safety assessments.
- Implement integumentary protective interventions to prevent wound formation and promote wound repair utilizing evidence-based dressings and topical agents.
- Develop and implement appropriate individualized care plans including manual therapeutic exercises gait training balance and other interventions.
- Continually assess and revise the Physical Therapy - PT care plan and participate with nursing in the multidisciplinary care plan as appropriate.
- Educate and instruct clients family members or other client representatives in rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote the clients health safety and independent living.
- Accurately document observations interventions and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.
Qualifications:
- A currentNJ Physical Therapist - PT license.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal organizational and problem solving skills.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.

Additional Information:
Base Pay depending upon qualifications location and subject to negotiation:
Starting at $65.00 per point
