Job Description:
As a Senior AI Engineer you will design and deploy advanced NLP and LLM-based systems for complex domain-specific tasks. Bridging the gap between research and production you will build scalable AI modules optimize performance and maintain robust MLOps pipelines. Your work will ensure the reliability and compliance of intelligence solutions in a sensitive high-impact industry.

What you will do:

• Design and develop sophisticated NLP and LLM-based systems including fine-tuning foundation models and implementing RAG architectures.

• Collaborate with Data and MLOps engineers to build automated CI/CD pipelines for model training testing and drift monitoring.

• Implement explainability fairness and bias mitigation strategies to ensure AI solutions meet strict regulatory and domain-specific requirements.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience as an AI or Machine Learning Engineer with a track record of taking LLM/NLP models from research to production.

• Technical expertise in transformer architectures vector databases and modern MLOps tools like Docker Kubernetes or Azure ML.

• Strong communication skills and a desire to mentor junior engineers while maintaining high standards for code quality and experimentation.
