Job Summary
Delicorner is growing fast and our Finance team needs to expand!
We are looking for our future Accounting Intern to help us structure our financial flows and ensure top-notch financial management. If you already have some hands-on experience with general ledger accounting and are ready to take on responsibilities then join the adventure!
Daily Accounting Management
Processing and entering financial transactions in our accounting software Pennylane (bank reconciliations supplier payments).
Managing customer and supplier invoicing for our EMEA and France entities.
Preparing and tracking supplier payment runs via Revolut for international transactions.
Administration & Follow-up
Handling day-to-day administrative tasks: mail processing document management updates.
Following up on overdue customer payments managing direct debit collections monitoring receipts and performing account reconciliations.
Integrating and verifying customer invoices through our digital invoicing system Coupa.
Participation in Closing Processes & Continuous Improvement
Contributing to annual closing processes.
Monitoring and participating in VAT recovery (France and international).
Being a driving force in optimizing and securing our accounting and administrative processes.
