Were seeking an experienced service-driven Property Manager to lead daily operations drive performance and deliver an exceptional resident experience. As Property Manager youll oversee all aspects of community operations lead and develop the onsite team and ensure the property meets its occupancy financial and service goals. This role is ideal for a confident leader who understands the unique needs of active adult living and leads with both heart and accountability. What Were Looking For - Proven experience as a Property Manager in multifamily or 55 / senior living communities (required)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach motivate and develop teams
- Solid understanding of financial management including budgets reporting and expense control
- Experience driving leasing performance occupancy and resident retention
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property management best practices
- Proficiency with property management software (Entrata preferred)
- Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills
- Professional service-oriented mindset aligned with active adult living
What Youll Be Doing - Oversee all aspects of day-to-day property operations leasing performance and resident experience
- Lead train and support the onsite team including leasing maintenance and service staff
- Drive occupancy renewals and retention through relationship-based leadership
- Manage financial performance including rent collection budgeting forecasting and reporting
- Ensure the community consistently meets RISE standards for cleanliness safety and hospitality
- Partner with vendors and service providers to support ongoing maintenance and capital needs
- Support resident programming and events that enhance engagement and satisfaction
- Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to achieve community goals
Pay & Perks - Compensation: $80000$85000 based on experience
- Performance Incentives: Bonus opportunities tied to community and individual performance
- Pay Schedule: Paid semi-monthly
