Job Summary

Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by accurately receiving storing picking packing and shipping products in a safe and efficient manner. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy meeting productivity standards and ensuring timely fulfillment of internal and external customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

Receive inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
Accurately pick pack and stage orders for shipment according to established procedures
Load and unload trucks using material handling equipment as required
Drive company vehicle to make local deliveries as needed
Maintain accurate inventory through proper labeling storage and cycle counting
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks forklifts and scanners
Follow all safety quality and housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and organized warehouse
Identify and report inventory discrepancies damaged goods or safety concerns
Support inventory counts audits and warehouse projects as needed
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
One year of warehouse or distribution experience preferred
Forklift certification preferred
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Basic computer or handheld scanner experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid drivers license and clear driving record required
Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment post-offer criminal background check required
Must be at least 18 years old

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift push and pull up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
Ability to stand walk bend and reach for extended periods
Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures

Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time M-F
May require overtime weekends or flexible scheduling based on business needs
Fast-paced warehouse environment

Pay Transparency

Base Pay: $19.00$21.00/hour (Weekly Pay)
