SCR has been an industry leader in ADA Paratransit services since 1986 providing safe reliable and compassionate transportation to mobility-challenged individuals throughout the community. Our mission is to connect passengers to essential services family and independence through clean comfortable and dependable transportation.
We are seeking a dedicated Porter / Fleet Washer / Janitorial Worker to help maintain the cleanliness safety and organization of our fleet and facilities.
Position Responsibilities
- Wash and detail buses and fleet vehicles
- Perform janitorial duties including cleaning and disinfecting facilities and office spaces
- Organize shelf and store inventory and parts
- Maintain a clean and organized parts area
- Place parts in bins for distribution
- Drive company vehicles as needed
- Assist with deliveries and loading as required
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Regularly required to sit stand walk stoop reach talk and hear
- Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to handle continual interruptions and changing priorities
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions when needed
Training & Certification Requirements
- Obtain CDL within timeframe specified by Supervisor
- Pass medical and physical performance tests
- Participate in required company training programs
