Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end payroll
- Develop implement and maintain robust payroll policies and procedures
- Manage employee enrollment changes and queries regarding insurance retirement plans and wellness programs
- Evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and benefit packages
- Ensuring regulatory compliance
- Managing vendor relationships
- Educating employees on their benefits
- Hire train mentor and manage payroll staff
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Relevant Diploma / Degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience
