Order Specialist

TheOrder Specialistwillbe responsible formanaging and delivering operational excellence within our customization operations for YETI ANZ. A unique blend of technical knowledge and organizational skills isto onboard partners ensuring workflows are set up and training delivered to ensure a seamless process across the YETI integrated systems.

You will work cross-functionally across departments to drive continuous improvementenhancementsand efficiencies to deliver businessobjectives. You will be tasked to create a seamless experience for all stakeholders involvedin deliveringa quality outcome for YETI customers.

This role is a 12-month contract.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Customization program for YETI ANZ ensuring quality standards are met across the YETI customization partner network

• Establish strong cross-functional partnership with Commercial Operations IT and other teams within YETI

Vendor Management

• Liaise with vendors to confirm product availability pricing production KPIs and lead times.

• Maintain up-to-date records of vendor contacts contracts and performance.

• Assistin onboarding new vendors and ensuring compliance with company standards.

• Liaise with vendors on annual forecasting and expected growth

Order Coordination

• Process and scheduling of orders and tracking shipments from initiation to delivery.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed.

• Resolve order discrepancies delays or quality issues in collaboration with vendors.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintainaccuraterecords of orders invoices and delivery notes.

• Prepare regular reports on order status vendor performance and cost tracking.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with commercial marketing andlogisticsteams to align order timelines with program needs.

• Communicate proactively with internal stakeholdersregardingorder status and potential issues.

• Facilitate training with our customization partners on YETI processessystemsand quality processes

• Perform quarterly site auditsmaintainingvendor scorecard records driving corrective action initiatives

• Operational process improvement process mapping and identification of opportunities

• Improve operational efficiencies implementing systems and processes to catch errors before they reach customers

• Manage stakeholder communicationtimely clearly & efficiently

Qualifications and Attributes:

• Strong understanding of the retail industry including business processes customer needs and technological challenges

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization and manage executive-level expectations

• Process driven with strong analytical skills

• Ability to plan be strategic and execute operationally on a regular basis

• Excellent ability to communicate with internal teams service providers and customers

• Strong attention to detail and project management capabilities

• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system preferred

• Goal oriented withhigh standardsfor excellence

• Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and work in an entrepreneurial fast - paced environment
