该职位负责在上海浙江区域开拓新的高价值销售机会并获取订单并在销售全流程中为合作伙伴提供制造商维度的专业支持该职位候选人将系统掌握ISC全线产品知识与应用技能能够为潜在客户提供全系列气体检测产品的选型指导采购流程支持及配套服务实施包括云连接软件如iNET ControlSAFER以及托管服务如iNET Exchange
This position is responsible for driving new high-value sales opportunities within ShanghaiZhejiangProvince and supporting business partners throughout the sales cycle. The candidate will be equipped with comprehensive knowledge of ISCs full suite of gas detection products and services to provide prospective customers with selection guidance procurement support and implementation services (including cloud-connected software like iNET Control and SAFER as well as managed services like iNET Exchange).

In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of sales engagement with end-users and distributors throughout the sales process. You will use solution-selling techniques to guide sales processes effectively and be responsible for communicating and supporting corporate initiatives with end-users and addition you will partner closely with channel distributors including identifying managing and evaluating current and new distribution channels.

主要职责 / Key Responsibilities

  • 负责达成既定的销售目标并成功推进重点销售项目
    Accountable for achieving defined sales targets and successfully advancing key sales projects.
  • 负责为所辖区域准备并呈现项目提案产品演示及战略业务计划
    Prepare and present proposals product demonstrations and strategic business plans for the assigned region.
  • 负责开拓新的业务伙伴并巩固加强现有经销商及客户间的战略业务关系
    Build new and strengthen existing strategic business relationships with distribution partners and customers.
  • 通过直销和渠道分销的形式销售ISC全系列气体检测解决方案
    Sell gas detection solutions through both direct and indirect channels.
  • 负责按规程在内部CRM系统中追踪和更新所辖区域的销售机会客户潜在客户和联系人等关键信息
    Track and update the internal CRM system with key information regarding sales opportunities accounts leads and contacts for the assigned territory.
  • 通过有效的销售预测机会甄别客户策略制定及计划执行来推动并管理销售流程
    Drive and manage the sales process through effective forecasting opportunity qualification account strategy development and execution planning.
  • 持续学习深入掌握产品与应用知识保持高水准的专业素养
    Maintain a high level of product application knowledge and professionalism through continuous learning.
  • 负责根据需求为最终用户和合作伙伴提供必要的销售与技术服务支持
    Manage and provide necessary sales and technical support to end-users and partners as required.
  • 有责任与公司市场部和客户成功团队协作共同推动业务增长
    Collaborate with our Marketing and Customer Success teams to drive business growth.
  • 需要频繁在上海浙江省内出差
    Extensive travel within ShanghaiZhejiang Province is required.

任职要求 / Qualifications

  • 3年以上相关工作经验
    More than 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • 优秀的沟通能力与人际交往技巧
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 自我驱动性强结果导向
    Self-driven and results-oriented.
  • 展现诚信的商业行为与职业操守
    Demonstrated ethical business conduct and practices.
  • 具备在矩阵式组织结构企业的工作经验熟悉跨部门协作与管理工作模式
    Experience working in a matrix organization familiar with cross-functional collaboration and management.
  • 具备分销渠道管理或合作经验
    Experience working with or managing distribution channels.
  • 具备卓越的客户服务精神与承诺
    Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence.
  • 英语流利具备良好的读写能力
    Fluent in English (with strong reading and writing capabilities).
  • 具备气体检测行业经验者优先销售客户服务或技术支持
    Gas detection industry experience (sales customer service or technical support) is a plus.
  • 了解工业物联网及云连接设备技术
    Knowledge of Industrial IoT and cloud-connected device technology.
  • 熟练使用Microsoft Office等办公软件
    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • 本科及以上学历专业不限
    Bachelors degree or above in any discipline is preferred.
