Responsibilities
Deliver instruction aligned with IEP goals and existing lesson plans
Implement accommodations modifications and behavior supports
Support students in individual small-group and inclusive settings
Maintain classroom routines documentation and progress data
Collaborate with educators service providers and families as needed
Ensure compliance with IDEA and school/district policies
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field
Virginia SPED license or long-term substitute eligibility preferred
Experience working with students with disabilities
Strong classroom management communication and organizational skills
