Multi Skilled Building Maintenance/Fabric Engineer

Aberdeen/Dundee/Inverness/Wick and surrounding

Permanent Full Time

27000 - 32500 door to door travel paid and excellent package

Due to expansion they are looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Fabric Engineer to join the team:

This role requires a flexible person happy to carry out all round building maintenance and happy with travel in theAberdeen/Dundee/Inverness/Wick and surroundingregions.

The Role Internal Works

You will be carrying out a range ofPPM building maintenance works and fabric with some reactive works
Role to include plumbing carpentry building repairs basic electrics and maintenance works across commercial sites.
Working mobile on a commercial retail contract
Working mobile across your region

The Role External Works

You will be carrying a range of grounds works within this role window cleaning landscaping grass cutting etc
Working mobile on a commercial retail contract
Working mobile across your region

The Person:

You will be a goodall rounderable to do multiple areas of building maintenance/fabric works.
You will have current/previous experience in trades such as carpentry/plumbing/basic electrics/flooringetc
You must hold a fulluklicence
Experience working on commercialsites

The Package:

Starting salary of 32500
