Job Summary
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business English Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5 years experience managing federal government proposals.
Strong knowledge of the federal acquisition process (FAR DFARS) and federal proposal lifecycle.
Experience with federal research & proposal tools like GovWin FPDS USAspending.
Excellent writing editing and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex proposals with tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
APMP Certification (Foundation Practitioner Professional) or equivalent.
Experience with federal set-aside programs (8(a) SDVOSB WOSB) and documentation processes.
Familiarity with Capture and Presales strategy tools (e.g. Salesforce CRM CaptureExec).
Experience across multiple agencies or vehicles (DoD civilian DHA VA GSA).
Strong project management discipline and ability to lead cross-functional virtual teams.
