About the role:
Reporting to the Director Processing Improvement the Manager Processing Maintenance is accountable for driving asset maintenance strategy process standardization technology adoption and governance across all coal operations to enhance the performance and profitability of processing assets.

In this role you will:

    • Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies
    • Lead projects tooptimizeasset maintenance strategies create compliance with industrystandardsand develop sustainment plans to support performance and profitability of assets
    • Establish andmaintainstandardized performance indicators and dashboards across all operations enabling consistency comparability and alignment with strategicobjectives. Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across sites to drive continuous improvement
    • Lead change management communications and cultural initiatives that foster engagement safety and adoption of maintenance improvements across sites
    • Champion the development and implementation of information and automation technologies ensuring integration of SAP analytics and monitoring systems to improve maintenance planning execution and process efficiency
    • Establish and oversee governance processes aligned with the Asset Management Framework (AMF) including decision-making structures policies and oversight mechanisms
    • Define skill requirements and partner with sites to deliver training mentoring to build workforce capability and sustain long-term performance
    • Additionalduties as assigned orrequired

Requirements:

    • Minimum 10-15yearsof progressive experience in process maintenance roles within the mining industry
    • Bachelors degree in Engineering(Mechanical specialization preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and maintenance experience may be considered
    • Proven project management experience witha track recordof delivering sustainable improvement initiatives requiring both technical and leadership skills
    • Strongexpertisein asset management automation technologies performance managementsystemsand governance framework
    • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements
    • Collaborative approach with the ability to align site teams focus groups and central functions to drive knowledge sharing and capability development
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to diagnose issuesidentifyroot causes and balance strategic priorities with operational demands
    • Valid Class 5 Drivers License or equivalent
$137000 - $170000 a year
The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidates relevant experience skills and competencies and considers internal equity.
