Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

オンサイトを含む顧客に対する製品トレーニングの効果的な実施をする
適切なフォローアップや電話を通してのコール対応 MSSISSやサービスと協力してのCS問題解決ユーザーズミーティング等を通してインストールベースの顧客満足に貢献する
インストールベース顧客の要望を吸い上げ開発へのタイムリーなフィードバックを行う
MSS ISSと協力し自モダリティメンバーの技術的臨床的専門性の最大化に貢献する
MSS ISSAPACと協力し新製品導入のスムーズな立ち上げに貢献する
重点インストールベース顧客へのサポートによる自社製品の評価向上や製品デモンストレーションプレゼンテーション等により自モダリティ製品の販売促進に貢献する
必要に応じてジョブミーティングに参加しアプリケーションの立場から顧客ニーズの把握差別化等に貢献する
インストールベース顧客からの画像収集等を通じてプロダクトマーケティングやフィールドマーケティングとともに効果的なセールスツールの作成やその使用セミナーを通して市場でＮＰＩインパクトの最大化に貢献する
医療系学会技術大会にて会社を代表し製品ソリューション会社を宣伝する
One GEHCとして超音波SVなどを含む社内メンバーと協力し顧客に対するソリューション活動に貢献する

Qualifications/Requirements

担当モダリティに関して診療放射線技師の経験あるいはアプリケーションスペシャリスト相当としての経験が3年以上あること
主担当するモダリティを軸とした臨床知識論文読解能力GEHC-Jおよび市場で取り扱われる担当モダリティ関連製品に関する洞察と知識(技術的方法論的理解読影基礎)を持ちかつ継続的に強化する能力を有すること
顧客理解対応スキル品質問題等を含む難しい環境下においても様々な相手とのコミュニケーションを行える実績
知識情報を分かりやすく端的に伝える能力
日本語の医学誌読解力ビジネスコミュニケーション力
日本国内及び海外を含め出張可能であること
業務上の車を運転する場合については必要な範囲において運転記録の調査に従うこと

Desired Characteristics

医療機器製薬もしくはライフサイエンス分野における相当経験が3年以上あること
社内外クロスファンクションの複数多面的なメンバーと信頼関係を築き顧客へのソリューション提供活動を促すための発信力
英語によるコミュニケーション能力
