The Role
Were hiring a Graphic & Web Designer who is AI-first in their approach to design and execution. This role is ideal for someone who blends strong design fundamentals with modern AI-powered tools to produce high-quality graphics and web experience efficiently and on a scale.
What Youll Do
- Design high-quality digital marketing assets aligned with EIP branding including:
- Website pages and landing pages
- Paid ad creatives
- Social media graphics
- Email graphics
- Infographics charts icons and visual frameworks
- Design prototype and collaborate on web and marketing assets using tools such as Figma Airtable and AI-powered design platforms (e.g. Lovable Base44)
- Collaborate with Marketing SEO and Growth teams to translate ideas briefs and data into clean conversion-focused designs
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms assets and layouts
- Rapidly prototype test and refine designs using AI workflows to increase speed and output without sacrificing quality
- Stay current on design trends UI/UX best practices and emerging AI design tools
- Manage multiple projects prioritize effectively and meet deadlines with minimal oversight
- Continuously look for ways to improve design processes through automation and AI

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Design Marketing or a related field or equivalent experience
- 13 years of experience in graphic and/or web design
- Portfolio required (web landing pages digital graphics preferred)
- Proficiency or working knowledge of:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)
- Canva
- Experience designing with AI-powered web or design tools (e.g. Lovable Base44 Framer Webflow w/ AI or similar)
- Experience with Figma for design prototyping and collaboration
- Working knowledge of Airtable for asset organization workflows or cross-team collaboration
Nice to Have
- UI/UX experience or familiarity with conversion-rate optimization
- Experience designing for performance marketing (paid ads funnels landing pages)
- Background in insurance healthcare or regulated industries (not required)
