At PwC our people in brand management marketing and sales focus on collaboration to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives. These individuals focus on driving revenue growth promoting the Firms services enhancing brand visibility and capturing new business opportunities. They utilise market research digital marketing creative campaigns and effective sales strategies to engage clients enhance the firms brand and market presence and achieve organisational targets.
Those in business development at PwC will focus on identifying and pursuing new opportunities to drive growth and expand the Firms client base. Your work will involve building relationships conducting market research and developing strategic plans to drive revenue and achieve business objectives.

You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients and to deliver quality. The Document Manager (DM) acts as the coordination engine behind pursuit and proposal development. This role ensures proposal teams meet deadlines stay organized and deliver highquality compliant materials.
Core Responsibilities
- Supporting client service teams in meeting proposal deadlines.
- Setting priorities timelines and task coordination.
- Collaborating with proposal managers writers designers and editors.
- Producing first drafts based on RFP requirements.
- Formatting and providing graphic support as needed.
- Sourcing and adding bios content and background materials.
- Maintaining a proposal plan and schedule.
- Coordinating copyedit services and creative resources.
- Conducting content searches.
- Performing quality checks to ensure accuracy compliance and consistency.
Qualifications
- Experience Level: 3 to 6 years
- Education: Bachelors degree required
- Language: Advanced proficiency in English
- Proficiencyin Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word (essential)
