Responsibilities
Manage the parts sales process from initial guest inquiry through part identification ordering and final invoicing.
Work with the Parts Manager to locate or source parts not currently in stock.
Process and track special-order requests for guests and internal service needs.
Communicate proactively with guests regarding order status and notify them when parts arrive.
Provide friendly professional communication with guests technicians and team members.
Participate in the annual parts inventory (mandatory attendance).
Adhere to all company safety policies procedures and best practices.
Follow all applicable federal state and local regulations related to parts operations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Prior experience in automotive parts sales preferred.
Strong customer service orientation and commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient computer skills required.
Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check.
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (6 hours).
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform bending kneeling squatting or stooping as needed.
