Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate you will assist guests in completing their golf equipment purchases and trades. Having an upbeat personality a positive attitude and professionalism are traits that will ensure success. Understanding the functions of a POS system and knowledge of golf equipment will be required.

Position Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and building rapport with guests
- Assist guests in finishing their checkout process
- Appraise and buy-in merchandise
- Manage a register throughout the day
- Answering customer questions in person and over the phone
Please apply if you meet the following requirements:
Must have
- A love for and experience in the game of golf
- A minimum of two years of customer service experience
- Ability to work 20-40 hours per week as well as opportunities for overtime during busier seasons.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs including weekends.
Nice to have
- 1-3 years of customer service experience in the golf industry
- Above average knowledge of golf equipment and technology
