Position Description:

This position is located in our Landsdale PA client office however a hybrid working model is acceptable.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

General
.Works with Business and IT Stakeholders to develop Project Plan elicit requirements using interviews document analysis requirements workshops surveys site visits business process descriptions business analysis and workflow analysis.
.Responsible for working with Business Stakeholders to test the business application to verify that all Business Stakeholder requirements are incorporated in the design and the application meets Business Stakeholder expectations.

Stakeholder Management
.Works with Business Stakeholders and Program Manager to ensure IT programs and projects realize identified business value and outcomes.
.Works with Business Stakeholders and Program / Project Manager to build quality business cases for prospective projects including value and ROI metrics.
.Participates in high level planning and budgeting exercises.

Execution and Delivery
.Identifies and creates detailed business requirements and functional specifications to meet current and projected project needs.
.Contributes to Quality Assurance Plan Test Strategy User Acceptance Test Plan and Requirements Traceability matrix Risk Profile Matrix GXP Determination and Privacy

Assessment.
.Contributes to the UAT process and meeting all SDLC and compliance requirements.
.Creates meaningful data attribute and entity definitions
.Documents screens windows and reports for all levels of complexity.
.Collaborates with developers subject matter experts and test team to establish the technical vision for tradeoffs between usability performance and quality needs.
.Serves as the conduit between the Business Stakeholders and the software development team through which requirements flow.
.Defines models and interprets data within and between business activities and ensuring this maps into UAT test cases.
.Documents complex business processes using a combination of diagrams and explanations.
.Reviews and edits requirements specifications business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
.Assists in the preparation and delivery of presentations as needed.
.Prepares Quality Assurance Summary Report.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

.5 experience working in commercial contracting
.Understands the pharma Government Pricing price types
.Able to talk Government Pricing to business people
.Process mapping
.Manage and run requirements sessions
.Able to translate business talk into IT
.Experience with Commercial contracting Government Pricing platforms like FLEX Model N Integrichain

Other Information:
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level experience relevant training and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $67800.00 - $228100.00.
