The Dealer Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining productive relationships with auto dealerships while supporting members with fast fair and reliable financing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing auto dealership partners
Promote the credit unions indirect lending programs and communicate product information clearly
Provide timely support to dealer partners and resolve questions efficiently
Educate dealers on program guidelines documentation requirements and best practices
Review indirect loan applications for accuracy and completeness
Serve as a liaison between dealerships and internal teams to support smooth funding
Identify opportunities to expand the dealer network and grow indirect business
Represent the credit union at dealership visits sales meetings and industry events
Ensure all activities align with regulatory and compliance requirements
Qualifications :
What You Bring
Strong relationship management skills and a genuine passion for partnership building
Previous experience in indirect lending auto finance or dealership operations is preferred
Clear communication skills and the ability to work with both internal teams and external partners
A solutions focused mindset and the ability to support fast paced lending environments
High attention to detail accuracy and follow through
Understanding of consumer lending guidelines and compliance standards
A positive professional and proactive approach to every interaction
