Summary of Position
The Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Integration Intern will join Jabils Global M&A Integration team and support the full lifecycle of active acquisitionsfrom due diligence through postclose integration. This role provides exposure to cross-functional teamwork process improvement and executive-level visibility in a fast-paced global environment. The intern will help with integration execution project management tasks and documentation to ensure smooth and successful transitions for Jabils acquired businesses.
Intern Duties & Responsibilities
Support the Global M&A Integration team on active transactions including due diligence integration planning and post-close execution.
Manage administrative and coordination tasks within Jabils project management platform (DealRoom) to ensure timely updates and cross-functional alignment.
Take detailed notes during meetings and summarize key decisions risks and next steps for leadership review.
Collaborate with functional leads across Finance HR IT Operations Supply Chain and Legal to track progress and maintain project documentation.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance integration efficiency consistency and knowledge sharing.
Assist in building and maintaining integration playbooks dashboards and templates to support repeatable scalable integration processes.
Lead smaller meetings or initiatives as capability and confidence grow throughout the internship.
Qualifications
Majors: Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field.
Class Year(s): Junior Senior Recent Graduate Graduate Students.
GPA: Min 3.0
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Teams); experience with Power BI.
Interest in M&A corporate strategy and process improvement.
Familiarity with project management fundamentals is a preferred.
Strong collaboration communication and organizational skills.
Selfstarter with curiosity and a willingness to learn.
