HSE Site Supervisor Data Center

• Conduct daily EHS walkthroughs and report unsafe acts or conditions.
• Ensure immediate correction of non-compliances and proper PPE use.
• Assist in managing and verifying PTW for high-risk activities.
• Conduct toolbox talks and pre-task briefings; maintain attendance records.
• Supervise high-risk activities (lifting excavation electrical etc.).
• Act as safety spotter during hazardous operations.
• Respond to incidents preserve scenes and assist in investigations.
• Monitor waste disposal and environmental controls (dust noise runoff).
• Check bunding and spill control for fuel/chemical storage.
• Spot-check contractor EHS documents and provide inductions.
• Maintain EHS logs permit registers and observation records.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and track corrective actions.

Qualifications :

• Diploma or Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health Environmental Science or equivalent 
• 5 - 8 years of experience in construction or industrial site safety supervision
• Valid Yellow Book Holder 
• CIDB Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) certification
• Familiar with HIRARC PTW systems incident reporting and local regulatory frameworks.
