We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Service Center Specialist to support the delivery of local and global HR administrative services in compliance with regulations and local legal requirements. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery based on business needs and stakeholder feedback. What you will work on:
Provide high-quality HR administrative services aligned with SLAs KPIs and local regulatory requirements.
Manage and maintain accurate HR data employee documentation and provide end-user support in Workday.
Guide and support employees and managers in using global and local HR systems effectively.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes and optimize Workday functionality.
Support statutory and regulatory reporting to ensure full compliance.
Champion GBS initiatives and contribute to strengthening HR service excellence locally and globally.
Qualifications you have for this role:
A relevant qualification in HR Business Administration or a related discipline.
23 years of experience in HR operations is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome for junior-level opportunities).
Good understanding of HR processes governance and HR systems.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and collaborate across all organizational levels.
Confidence in using digital tools and HR technology to support people processes.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Location:
The position will be based in Kuala Lumpur office located at KL Sentral which is a strategic work location with convenience travelling by Monorail Rapid Kelana Jaya Line MRT and KTM services as well as easy to get to go by public transportation.
