Job Summary
Assist in designing and facilitating learning activities classroom management and student engagement for the core subjects under the guidance of the lead teacher.
Designing and facilitating learning activities classroom management and student engagement for local subjects (Indonesian language BIPA Civics) and possibly other subjects as assigned with guidance of the lead teacher as needed.
Support the lead teacher in providing pastoral care and fostering an environment that promotes students holistic growth.
Serve as a positive role model for students upholding the schools mission and maintaining high standards of professional conduct and ethics.
Pursue professional development to improve teaching practices and personal growth including workshops seminars and educational courses relevant to teaching young children.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education (PGSD)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supportive role in education as an assistant teacher or as a lead teacher in a private or international school
- Compassionate attitude and strong understanding of child development
- Nurturing teaching approach
- Excellent communication skills (Bahasa & English)
- Experience with Cambridge curriculum is preferred but not required

this position is for maternity cover starting from March - May 2026.
