Visa Implementation ServicesInternship (for students graduating in 2027)

Visa hires into its Summer Intern programme across Asia Pacific (APAC) Latin America (LAC) CEMEA (Central Europe Middle East & Africa) and Europe. Within each region we hire students into a variety of business functions joining in either our June or July cohort as part of a Global programme. 

This is an 11-week programme where you are supported with various skills and development sessions throughout your time as an Intern. You are required to be available for the continuous 11 weeks with the option to take some annual leave days should you need.  
Our 2 Summer Intern cohort dates are: 

• Intern cohort 1: Tuesday 16thJune 

• Intern cohort 2: Tuesday 7thJuly 

The aim of Visas Summer internship programme is not only to provide you with exposure and experience within a world leading payments company but that based on your performance and personal experience we would aim to extend an offer to return the following summer on our Graduate programme as a permanent employee. 

What we expect from you 

As a Visa Consulting & Analytics Implementation Services Intern youll support the team across a variety of implementation and delivery activities including: 

- Supporting project execution across domains such as payments digital product and strategy. 

- Conducting detailed data gathering and analysis to extract valuable insights. 

- Performing data and trend analyses using Visas analytical tools. 

- Contributing to gotomarket and strategytoexecution work (workshops stakeholder meetings content development etc.). 

- Helping build and maintain VCA Implementation Services (VIS) delivery collateral and internal toolkits. 

- Assisting with team operations coordination and internal initiatives.

- Build handson experience in payments implementation and delivery  skills that set you up for success as a future VIS Consultant. 

- Learn to translate insights into action using Visas rich data ecosystem. 

- Work with global subjectmatter experts and support highimpact client engagements. 

- Contribute to internal innovation through new solutions enhanced methodologies and shared knowledge.

Were looking for curious motivated students who: 

• Are in their penultimate year of study (bachelors or masters) and graduating in 2027. 

• Have permanent legal right to work in Switzerland. 

• Have strong communication skills in both English and German 

• Enjoy solving complex problems and working with data. 

• Take initiative learn quickly and adapt to change. 

• Work collaboratively and build strong relationships. 

• Are interested in technology innovation and the payments industry. 

• Have familiarity with project management (a plus not required).
