THE POSITION

  • Design innovative curriculum and learning opportunities
  • Implement effective inclusive practices to ensure all students thrive within rigorous learning environment
  • Lead a high-energy participatory program where students master acting fundamentals
  • Guide students from their first steps in movement and mime to complex ensemble performances and play-building
  • Additional expertise in Culinary Arts Computers & Robotics or French is an asset

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid BC teaching certification or independent schools teaching certification
  • Bachelors degree with coursework in teachable subjects. Bachelors degree in Drama Theatre or similar preferred.
  • A comprehensive understanding of Ministry of Education BC curriculum
  • Evidence of a strong sense of purpose and identity built on Biblical principles and participation in a local Christian church community
