We are looking for a data enthusiast who will play a key role in transforming our analytical culture! As a Senior Data Analyst you will act as both a strategic partner and a technical expert combining business insight data engineering and project management to create powerful useful and accessible analytical solutions for everyone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead an internal data community that fosters collaboration and skill development;
- Ensure data quality governance and responsible use;
- Collaborate with business teams to fully understand their priorities and challenges;
- Translate these needs into comprehensive analytical models dashboards and relevant key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Design and optimize databases (SQL Google BigQuery);
- Develop high-performance secure Power BI models with advanced features;
- Manage end-to-end BI initiatives ensuring alignment and quality of deliverables.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years experience in BI or data analysis within an enterprise environment;
- Advanced technical proficiency in SQL Python Google BigQuery and Power BI (modeling DAX security);
- University degree or equivalent technical training;
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English spoken and written. You will regularly collaborate with internal clients across Canada.
