Your Role Will Include:

  • Managing a caseload and delivering therapy services in a timely impactful way.
  • Supporting participants across settingshome school and the broader community.
  • Using clinical observations and standardised assessments to inform therapy goals.
  • Delivering evidence-based interventions that improve quality of life.
  • Collaborating with a supportive multi-disciplinary team.
  • Mentoring junior clinicians (for experienced therapists).
  • Ensuring compliance with current NDIS requirements.

Qualifications :

What You Will Need:

  • Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Post-graduate experience as a Speech Pathologist.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • A proactive growth-oriented mindset.
  • A fun team-first approach to work.
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
