Your Role Will Include:
- Managing a caseload and delivering therapy services in a timely impactful way.
- Supporting participants across settingshome school clinic (Maroochydore office) telehealth and the broader community.
- Using clinical observations and standardised assessments to inform therapy goals.
- Delivering evidence-based interventions that improve quality of life.
- Collaborating with a supportive multi-disciplinary team.
- Mentoring junior clinicians (for experienced therapists).
- Ensuring compliance with current NDIS requirements.
Qualifications :
What You Will Need:
- Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Post-graduate experience as a Speech Pathologist.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A proactive growth-oriented mindset.
- A fun team-first approach to work.
- A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
