Essential Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience in upscale restaurants hotels or wine estates

Impeccable presentation and professional demeanor

Outstanding communication skills in English (additionallanguagesadvantageous)

Wine knowledge or genuine eagerness to learn (training provided)

Valid drivers license (essential - you must be mobile and reliable)

Own reliable transport preferred

Ability to secure accommodation in Hermanus (non-negotiable - daily commuting from distant locations is notfeasible)

Flexibility to work shifts including weekends evenings and public holidays

Legal right to work in South Africa

Operational Excellence:

Maintain impeccable service standards across all dining venues

Execute flawless table service in line with fine dining protocols

Ensure dining areas are immaculatelypresented at all times

Support private events functions and wine tastings as

Professional Standards:

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our wines food menu and estate offerings

Adhere to all health safety and hygiene regulations
