Its with that in mind that Hireology is looking for a Sr. Business Development Representative to join our Sales team. This individual will be responsible for proactive outbound appointment setting focused on our growing markets. This position will have a direct impact on our success by providing qualifying prospects from lead status into the demo stage. We are seeking driven sales-minded individuals that are looking for an opportunity to join a high-growth startup and will be rewarded for performance with uncapped growth opportunity.

As our Sr. Business Development Representative youll be responsible for:

  • Building prospecting lists for our growing verticals
  • Setting qualified appointments for Senior and Strategic Account Executives
  • Partnering with Senior and Strategic Account Executives to gainsales techniques and learning best practices
  • Consistently meet or exceedgoals and metrics on a daily weekly monthly basis

Compensation:

  • Base: $60000
  • OTE: $97000 (Uncapped commission)
