Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Merchandise and maintain sales displays
- Greet customers with a smile and assist with their shopping experience
- Maintain the highest level of customer service standards
- Upsell additional products
- Process transactions in a timely fashion
- Process sales transactions including cash credit cards and presold vouchers
- Receive payments by cash credit cards vouchers or debit cards
- Ability to count money and make change
- Keep a safe and clean work environment
- Obtain knowledge of facility and amenities to assist customers
- Adhere to all grooming hygiene and wardrobe policies
- Follow all park policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Basic math skills needed to balance register
- Ability to operate a cash register and credit card machine
- Approachable outgoing and excited about upselling
- Be aware attentive work well with others and accept guidance and supervision
- Be efficient friendly engaging energetic enthusiastic and fun
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays to meet business needs
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift carry move and/or position items weighing up to or in excess of 10 pounds.
