Head of Studio Operations Flutter Studios
Role Overview
We are looking for a Head of Studio Operations to join Flutter Studios. This newly created role is critical to scaling our multi-studio organisation as we grow our global casino games portfolio. The Head of Studio Operations will ensure our roadmaps certification processes delivery pipelines and cross-studio ways of working are coordinated efficient predictable and aligned with brand and market needs.
The role sits at the centre of how Flutter Studios operates and is essential to delivering quality speed and operational discipline across our studios.

Flutter Studios is undergoing significant transformation: expanding output improving quality and unifying our operating model. To support this we need an operational leader who can bring structure clarity and efficiency to how we plan deliver certify and launch games globally.
You will ensure:
Roadmaps are aligned with strategy and brand needs
Delivery becomes faster more predictable and more cost-efficient
Certification is managed with excellence
Operational risk is reduced through better processes and accountability
Cross-studio collaboration improves and becomes consistent
Stakeholders receive clear proactive communication
What Youll Do
Roadmap Management
Translate business objectives into aligned realistic cross-studio roadmaps.
Maintain a single source of truth roadmap with market-by-market visibility.
Communicate risks changes and delays to senior stakeholders.
Own roadmap governance processes rituals and tools.
Work with the Data and Insights team on commercial and performance reporting for launched games.
Operational Excellence
Improve delivery speed predictability and quality across all studios.
Reduce certification timelines and cost with a focus on US complexities.
Drive efficiency across the full game development value chain.
Build resource management practices across studios and reduce bottlenecks.
Embed consistent cross-studio operating rhythms and ways of working.
Act as the central point of communication for operational performance.
Certification Compliance and Risk Management
Own the global certification pipeline and submission workflow.
Build and maintain relationships with compliance teams and test houses.
Oversee processes to triage and resolve game release issues.
Implement tracking for operational risks dependencies and blockers.
Strategy
Ensure studio output aligns with Flutter Studios and brand strategies.
Develop long-term operational strategies to improve quality speed and cost.
Help shape the future development operating model for Flutter Studios.
Flutter Studios Platform
Partner with the Platform leadership to ensure studios have the tools processes and support they need.
Align studio operations with evolving platform capabilities.
Who You Are (Ideal Candidate)
5 years experience in iGaming ideally in operations delivery or production.
Proven leadership in building or managing high-performing operational teams.
Strong understanding of certification and regulated markets (US experience beneficial).
Ability to drive structure and clarity in complex delivery organisations.
Commercially minded with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to simplify complexity.
Strong stakeholder management across commercial product and compliance.
Highly collaborative with strong influencing skills.
Curious improvement-driven and proactive.
Thrives in fast-paced high-growth environments across multiple geographies.
