Responsibilities
- Creating engaging communications that inspire colleagues to volunteer including emails posters spotlights and social content
- Supporting the delivery of communityfocused events from small team activities to large company gatherings
- Helping to coordinate our Think Big programme (UK community programme) and supporting ambassadors with their volunteering initiatives
- Managing and updating our global volunteer platform ensuring opportunities are current accessible and engaging
- Providing friendly support to colleagues interested in volunteering and encouraging them to share feedback after activities
- Capturing and sharing inspiring stories that highlight the impact of our community action
- Identifying new volunteering opportunities and helping build strong relationships with charity education and community partners
Skills and Experience
- A genuine passion for social impact and community action
- Enthusiasm to learn grow and take on new challenges
- Creative thinking and strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload
- Resourcefulness in finding new opportunities and suggesting fresh ideas
