Job Title: Technology Architect

Role Summary

The Technology Architect will act as a subject matter expert (SME) across a range of infrastructure and cluster initiatives. The role focuses on security modernization hybrid integration service delivery optimization platform upgrades and site reliability engineering (SRE) to support enterprise-scale mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead continuation of security tenant and product service modernization

• Review and optimize logging DNS and other critical infrastructure components

• Design and support hybrid integration of on-premises and cloud-based systems

• Assist operations and cluster teams with priority incidents for mission-critical applications

• Plan and execute ongoing service improvement initiatives

• Support process refinement and application performance improvements

• Drive service delivery optimization including self-service portal enhancements

• Act as an SME for cluster projects supporting internal teams with complex implementations

• Perform Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) activities as required

Required Skills & Experience

Technology Experience (20%)

• Design and enhance infrastructure and applications including improvements to existing products and services

• Develop implement and test new enterprise services and solutions

• Enhance on-premises services with focus on security self-service and cloud integration

• Implement and support services such as ePAM identity management logging and monitoring

• Lead technical and non-technical initiatives from initiation to completion

• Transfer skills and technical knowledge to team members

• Strong understanding of network architecture and application development methodologies

• Experience working across COTS open-source and cloud-based technologies

Technical Experience (20%)

• Expert hands-on knowledge across operating systems virtualization orchestration and related platforms

• Design integrate and enable solutions across multiple enterprise platforms

• Strong understanding of core enterprise services (DNS ePAM logging monitoring) and their integration

• Experience with DevOps toolchains including automation configuration management and templating

Service Delivery & SRE (15%)

• Strong coding and scripting capabilities

• Proficiency in creating and consuming APIs

• Perform Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to automate service delivery and monitoring

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents as part of SRE operations

Communication Analysis & Problem Solving (15%)

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex enterprise-level issues

• Ability to communicate technical concepts and project status in business terms

• Experience handling escalations and critical issues

• Capability to function as a technical project manager when required

Must Have

• Experience designing and enhancing infrastructure and enterprise applications

• Experience developing implementing and testing new services and solutions

• Expertise enhancing on-premises services with focus on security and cloud integration

• Expert hands-on knowledge of operating systems virtualization and orchestration platforms

• Experience designing integrating and implementing solutions in large enterprise environments.
