Director of Racquet Sports La Paloma Country Club (Managed by Troon)

As our Director of Racquet Sports youll bring the energy expertise and enthusiasm that make our courts come alive. From hosting high-energy clinics and private lessons to creating programs that inspire all ages youll play a key role in delivering the ultimate tennis and pickleball experience for our members.
What Youll Do
- Lead and inspire our racquet sports team including Tennis and Pickleball Coaches.
- Teach private and group lessons to players of all ages and skill levels.
- Design and promote creative programming events and clinics that engage our active membership.
- Ensure a safe positive and professional environment for members and guests.
- Provide racquet stringing assist with court maintenance and oversee play activity.
- Support the management team with scheduling communication and member relations.
- Model the warm hospitality and service standards that define Troon and La Paloma.
What Were Looking For
- minimum 1 year of experience as a director or managing role. 5 years minimum of instruction or coaching experience
- U.S.T.A. rating of 5.0 or higher preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills professionalism and a love for creating memorable member experiences.
- A true team player who thrives in a collaborative upbeat environment.
Physical Demands
Youll be active! Frequent standing walking teaching on-court and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
