Job Description
The Senior Group Manager Sales Operations will lead GM Energy product sales initiatives through the dealer channel driving achievement of sales targets and delivering exceptional customer and dealer experiences. This role will also support GM Energy by developing processes and procedures that make our products easy to buy easy to deliver and easy to use.
The Senior Group Manager Sales Operations - GM Energy requires creating strategies through cross-functional cross-company and Nationalcollaboration to deliver compelling EV ecosystem solutions that accelerate adoption and position GM as a leader in energy services. Candidates should be highly skilled in strategy development and tactical execution adept at building strong relationships and energized by integrating utility programs into the point-of-sale sales process as we build our strategic vision for using energy related revenue to support GM vehicle purchases. Additionally they must excel at managing field resources integrating with brand programsand supporting dealer activations.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of traditional GM sales processes and the ability to influence and evolve these systems by incorporating new energy service offerings. This individual will be a decisive and inspiring leader who fosters team engagement and strengthens relationships across GM serving as a true ambassador for GM Energy.
